💫Team Spotlight: Xavier Hill is Vicari Italian Grill’s Garde Manger......He is one of the men behind our delicious appetizers, desserts and beautiful and colorful salads. Xavier has been a part of the family for 2 years now. When he’s not in our kitchen he enjoys painting, cooking anything Pop Culture, reading and horseback riding at his Ah Ma’s farm.
