We didn't get to have the Bolognese yesterday because it was not done in time for lunch. If you know Bolognese, it takes a long time to make a great one. We actually let it cook the rest of the day yesterday so we will have a fabulous Bolognese Ziti for our lunch pasta today. We are making beer cheese soup as well.
